Step 1: Visit the LeMP portal Go to nemp.goulip.in/testing-nlp/public/landing — the official ULIP-hosted registration page.
Step 2: Click Register as Transporter Select the Transporter / Fleet Owner option. Do not select Shipper — that is for companies seeking freight.
Step 3: Enter your business details Fill in company name, GSTIN, PAN, and contact info. The system auto-validates your GST number.
Step 4: Add your fleet Enter vehicle registration numbers. LeMP verifies each against VAHAN automatically.
Step 5: Add routes Specify operating routes — source states, destinations, preferred cargo types.
Step 6: OTP verification Verify your Aadhaar-linked mobile via OTP.
Step 7: Submit for approval NICDC reviews your profile — approval typically takes 1–3 working days.
