What is LeMP? India's National Logistics Marketplace, Explained
LeMP stands for Logistics e-Marketplace. It is a free digital freight marketplace launched by the Government of India under ULIP (Unified Logistics Interface Platform), operated by NICDC (National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation) under the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan.
Launched in May 2026, LeMP is the first government-built national platform that connects transporters, truck owners, and fleet operators directly with freight demand — from private companies, exporters, importers, and government agencies — without brokers or middlemen.
