A PTL Tracking API provides programmatic access to shipment status, milestone events, and proof-of-delivery data for PTL consignments — across multiple carriers — through a single standardized API interface.

Tracking via AWB

Every consignment tracked via the PTL API is identified by its Air Waybill (AWB) number. Intugine normalizes tracking across carriers so the same API call format works regardless of which carrier is handling the shipment.

Tracking events returned per AWB:

Picked up (origin)

Arrived at origin hub

In transit (with intermediate hub scans)

Out for delivery

Delivered (with delivery timestamp and recipient name)

Exceptions: delivery attempt failed, RTO initiated, address issue, weight dispute

POD API: Automated Proof of Delivery Retrieval

Manual POD collection is one of the most time-consuming processes in enterprise logistics. Intugine's POD API automates this completely:

Bulk POD retrieval — Submit a list of AWB numbers and receive all available POD documents in a single API call. No carrier portal logins required.

Real-time POD webhook — Configure a webhook endpoint to receive POD data automatically the moment a carrier marks a shipment delivered.

POD data fields returned: Delivery timestamp, recipient name and signature, POD image URL, delivery location coordinates, exception notes for partial delivery.

Waybill & Shipping Label Generation

Input: consignor details, consignee details, pickup address, delivery address, weight, dimensions, declared value, carrier preference. Output: AWB number, waybill PDF, shipping label (4x6 or A5 format), carrier pickup confirmation.
