What Is IntuGenie?
IntuGenie is Intugine's AI-powered logistics intelligence layer — the analytical engine that converts the raw tracking data from Intutrack, IntuDB, and IAS into predictive and prescriptive operational intelligence. Where tracking platforms tell you what is happening right now, IntuGenie tells you what is likely to happen next — and what to do about it.
IntuGenie sits across Intugine's data platform, processing GPS tracks, FASTag toll records, halt events, detention logs, weather data, and historical route performance to generate predictions, scores, and recommendations that operations teams can act on — before exceptions become incidents.
Core Intelligence Modules
Predictive ETA Engine
IntuGenie's ETA engine goes beyond simple distance-over-speed calculation. It incorporates real-time traffic conditions, historical route performance at the current time-of-day and day-of-week, known halt patterns for the specific driver and transporter, weather and road closure data, and current vehicle speed trajectory — generating dynamic ETA predictions with confidence intervals that are significantly more accurate than static ETAs from GPS-only systems.
The ETA engine powers Intutrack's live ETA display and IntuDB's ETA Prediction API — updating continuously as the vehicle moves and conditions change.
Delay Probability Scoring
For every active shipment, IntuGenie calculates a real-time delay probability score — the likelihood that the shipment will miss its committed delivery window, updated continuously throughout the trip. Scores above a defined threshold trigger proactive alerts, enabling coordinators to intervene before the delay is certain rather than after it has already occurred.
Transporter Recommendation Engine
When a new trip is being planned on a specific lane, IntuGenie ranks available transporters by their predicted performance on that route — combining historical OTD rate, average TAT, GPS coverage consistency, detention behaviour, and cargo security record for each carrier on comparable routes. Logistics planners get a data-ranked list rather than relying on familiarity or rate alone.
Network Anomaly Detection
IntuGenie continuously monitors fleet-wide patterns for anomalies that individual trip monitoring misses — systematic route deviations on a specific corridor, a transporter with a spike in halt events across multiple trips, or a plant with sudden detention increases. These network-level signals surface systemic issues before they accumulate into significant operational or financial losses.
Route Optimisation Insights
Historical trip data analysed by IntuGenie surfaces route performance patterns — which route variants on a given lane consistently deliver faster TAT, lower halt frequency, and better driver compliance — enabling logistics teams to standardise on high-performing routes and update transporter SLAs accordingly.
How IntuGenie Is Different from Generic AI Analytics
Generic AI analytics platforms require enterprises to bring their own data and build their own models. IntuGenie is pre-trained on India-specific logistics data — Indian highway network characteristics, monsoon seasonality effects on specific corridors, known weighbridge queue patterns, and regional transporter behaviour profiles — delivering accurate predictions from day one of deployment without a months-long model training period.
