Predictive ETA Engine

IntuGenie's ETA engine goes beyond simple distance-over-speed calculation. It incorporates real-time traffic conditions, historical route performance at the current time-of-day and day-of-week, known halt patterns for the specific driver and transporter, weather and road closure data, and current vehicle speed trajectory — generating dynamic ETA predictions with confidence intervals that are significantly more accurate than static ETAs from GPS-only systems.

IntuGenie continuously monitors fleet-wide patterns for anomalies that individual trip monitoring misses — systematic route deviations on a specific corridor, a transporter with a spike in halt events across multiple trips, or a plant with sudden detention increases. These network-level signals surface systemic issues before they accumulate into significant operational or financial losses.

Route Optimisation Insights

Historical trip data analysed by IntuGenie surfaces route performance patterns — which route variants on a given lane consistently deliver faster TAT, lower halt frequency, and better driver compliance — enabling logistics teams to standardise on high-performing routes and update transporter SLAs accordingly.
